Para mellorar o aproveitamento da plataforma CAS Scifinder Discovery, CAS ofrece durante xaneiro e febreiro varios seminarios en liña adaptados a diferentes disciplinas científicas. Cada sesión, de 45 minutos, inclúe demostracións específicas, consellos prácticos e tempos para preguntas.
CAS Scifinder Discovery é unha plataforma científica sobre química e materias afíns que dá acceso a SciFinder-n (información procedente dunha colección mundial de revistas, patentes e outras publicacións científicas), CAS Analytical Methods (base de datos de métodos analíticos), CAS Formulus (base de datos que contén formulacións) e ChemZent (información histórica que axuda a redescubrir o coñecemento químico a partir da investigación nas primeiras publicacións de química).
