The continuous assessment represents 50% of the mark, that will be kept for the second call and will be assessed in the sessions of practices (15%) and in the exam/s of continuous assessment (35%). The remaining 50% will be evaluated with two team projects on the design of components/hydraulic machines. The technical content of the report, the exposure and the answer to questions made by the teacher (oral or written) will be evaluated. It is not necessary to obtain a minimum mark in each part to do the average of the subject. For the students who officially resign to continuous assessment, the projects on the design of components/hydraulic machines (of which the technical content of the report, the exposure and the answer to questions made by the teacher (oral or written) will be evaluated) will be individual and weight 100% of the final mark in the subject. These have to be delivered in the date indicated previous to the date of the official exam. The date of the official exam might be used to make a written test about the content of the projects. Second call: the continuous assessment (50%) will be kept for the second announcement. The remaining 50% will be evaluated with two team projects on the design of components/hydraulic machines in the same way (for the corresponding modality) as in the first call. Ethical commitment: an ethical commitment is expected from the students. In case of detecting a non-ethical behaviour (copy, plagiarism, use of unauthorised electronic devices, or others) the student will be considered to not have the necessary requirements to pass the subjetc. In this case the global mark will be suspense (0.0). |
