=== EXCEPTIONAL MEASURES SCHEDULED ===
In front of the uncertain and unpredictable evolution of the sanitary alert caused by the COVID-19, the University of Vigo establishes an extraordinary planning that will activate in the moment in that the administrations and the own institution determine it attending to criteria of security, health and responsibility, and guaranteeing the teaching in a no face-to-face stage or partially face-to-face. These already scheduled measures guarantee, in the moment that was prescriptive, the development of the teaching of a more agile and effective way when being known in advance by the students and the professors through the tool normalised and institutionalised of the educational guides.

=== ADAPTATION OF THE METHODOLOGIES ===

TEACHING *SEMIPRESENCIAL
The classes and seminars will give synchronised with the face-to-face modality By means of the platform https://moovi.uvigo.gal/ and/or through the Remote Campus of the University of Vigo. They used the files powerpoint that use usually in the subject and that remain exposed in the platform https://moovi.uvigo.gal/. Activities in which it will make the direct application of the theoretical knowledges developed in the lessons. The practices of laboratory will make in person.

TEACHING NO FACE-TO-FACE
The classes, seminars and practical of laboratory will give on-line by means of the platform *FAITIC and/or through the Remote Campus of the University of Vigo.
In the classes and seminars used the files powerpoint that use usually in the subject and that remain exposed in the platform https://moovi.uvigo.gal/. They will give all the contents reflected in the educational guide.

In the practices will use videos of public platforms on demonstrations in the field of the Technology of Foods. They visualised videos of demonstrations of laboratory of all the parameters and/or processes that determine in the face-to-face practices and interpreting proportionate results.

The *tutorías made by videoconference through the virtual dispatch (previous time request) that finds in the Virtual Campus.

It will facilitate additional bibliography to facilitate the car-learning.

=== ADAPTATION OF THE EVALUATIONS ===

TEACHING *SEMIPRESENCIAL
The evaluation will follow the guidelines that reflect in the section 7 and in the section of other comments of the same section. The examinations will make in person. If they could not make of face-to-face form effected through Moodle and of the Remote Campus (Classroom or virtual dispatch) to be able to check that they make the proof and attend to his questions.

TEACHING NO FACE-TO-FACE
The criteria of qualification that collect in the section 7 would modify as follows: 10% memory of practices, 10% delivers questionnaires of problems, 10% preparation of work and 70% proof written that it mentions to continuation.
The proof written will make on-line by means of the platform Moodle. This proof will consist of ask type test, questions of short answer and resolution of problems. The student will be able to move by the different questions without restriction of order or secuentiation. In addition to entering the answers in Moodle, will ask to the students that *digitalicen the problems (scan or photo) to ascertain that they have been made and can correct them valuing the possible errors committed. Likewise, it will ask them that during the realisation are connected through the Remote Campus (Classroom or virtual dispatch) to be able to check that they make the proof and attend to his questions.
In the evaluation also keep the others comments that reflect in the section 7.
The valid dates of examinations will be those that are in the web and *tablones of the Faculty of Sciences.
