Choose A Code Training and Learning Results
  A1 Students will have shown they have sufficient knowledge and understanding of an area of study, starting after completion of general secondary education, and normally reaching a level of proficiency that, being mostly based on advanced textbooks, will also include familiarity with some cutting-edge developments within the relevant field of study.
  A2 Students will be able to apply their knowledge and skills in their professional practice or vocation and they will show they have the required expertise through the construction and discussion of arguments and the resolution of problems within the relevant area of study.
  A3 Students will be able to gather and interpret relevant data (normally within their field of study) that will allow them to have a reflection-based considered opinion on important issues of social, scientific and ethical nature.
  A4 Students will be able to present information, ideas, problems and solutions both to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  A5 Students will acquire the learning skills that are required to pursue further studies with a high degree of independence.

  B1 Ability to find, analyze and summarize information to construct arguments and express informed opinions in different areas of professional practice.

Choose C Code Skill
  C1 Students will understand the structure of law with the aim of being able to solve peacefully economic and social conflicts from the labor sphere.
  C2 To understand the Organization of the State and of International Institutions and Organizations with constitutional competences, for the correct interpretation of their functioning and for the application of the norms pertaining to labor relations.
  C3 To know about administrative organization, the procedure of preparation of administrative action and the system of non-judicial control of administrative action.
  C4 To know systematically the contents pertaining specifically to the administrative regulation of the economy, using positive, jurisprudence and doctrinal sources.
  C5 To know the essential elements of taxation and its procedures of enforcement, as well as the rules pertaining to the drawing up, passing and implementation of public expenditure plans. In particular, the norms pertaining to the juridical-financial status of subsidies.
  C6 To know the main taxes of the tax system at state, regional-autonomic and local levels in order to be able to identify the essential elements of these taxes (taxable source of income, taxpayers, etc.), as well as to be able to apply the rules of quantification and determination of tax liabilities, and to know the regulations of the main state taxes.
  C7 To know the legal framework governing labor relations and ability to act as labor consultant.
  C8 Ability to identify and suggest solutions to problems of labor flexibility and production outsourcing, focusing especially on groups of companies and internationalization.
  C9 Knowledge of the fundamental components of the Spanish Social Security system, and the rules of its functioning.
  C10 Knowledge and analysis of the benefits of the Social Security system and their functioning.
  C11 To know and interpret the legal framework governing labor relations collective bargaining in order to be able to act as a consultant of trade unions and employers’ organizations and their members.
  C12 To know the legal framework of workplace hazard prevention, the essential concepts of workplace health and prevention public policy.
  C13 To know the structure of the Spanish jurisdictional system, the organization and functions of jurisdictional staff and the staff employed by the Administration of Justice, as well as the basic institutions of labor law procedure.
  C14 Knowledge and analysis of special procedural types, enforcement of sentences passed by labor law courts, and the appealing procedure against such sentences.
  C15 To know the essential aspects of the legal status of entrepreneur, essential concepts of corporate law, bankruptcy law, credit payment instruments and commercial contracts.
  C16 To know the techniques and procedures of organization of companies.
  C17 To know the corporate function of human resources. To know and apply techniques/procedures of management of human resources, taking corporate reality into account.
  C18 To acquire theoretical knowledge about statistics and the ability to apply it in practice.
  C19 To be able to carry out a statistical study in the field of social research, through a survey of probabilistic sampling.
  C20 To apply sociological knowledge to interpret labor relations in social and critical terms, according to the effects or results they produce in the work process (the life of companies), in the social divisions of the labor market and in the social structuring of societies.
  C21 To interpret information about the labor world, process it and present it through specific reports.
  C22 To be able to understand the relationship between psychosocial processes and the dynamics of labor relations.
  C23 To understand the mindset of an economist, through the key ideas that keep being repeated in Economics, like opportunity cost, decision making in marginal terms, the role of incentives, the efficiency of market assignments, and other things of this kind until reaching the so-called ten Principles of Economics, which constitute the foundation of a large part of economic analysis.
  C24 To interpret essential macroeconomic variables to make decisions in the area of the Spanish economy.
  C25 To interpret the labor market and the variables impinging on it to make decisions and act as a consultant in the labor market.
  C26 To interpret economic information, process it and present it through specific reports.
  C27 To analyze and summarize the factors impinging on historical processes linked to the labor market, always framing them in a specific temporal and spatial context in the present time.
  C28 To know the employment policies and the public organizations in charge of designing and implementing employment public policies.
  C29 To be able to write a research project, present it orally in public, applying the knowledge acquired while studying the Labor Relations and Human Resources Degree.

  D1 Analytical and synthetic skills for the construction and defense of arguments, as well as for organizing, planning and managing time effectively in pressure situations.
