This subject contains advanced topics in image processing and analysis and is presented as the second part of another subject where the fundamental topics are dealt with. It was designed to provide the essential foundation for students who will continue research in this area. In addition to advanced techniques in image processing and analysis, applications in this area to solve real-world problems will be studied. This course provides the necessary tools to apply the studied algorithms in practical cases as well as to develop new algorithms.
