In front of the uncertain and unpredictable evolution of the sanitary alert caused by the *COVID-19, the University of Vigo establishes an extraordinary planning that will activate in the moment in that the administrations and the own institution determine it attending to criteria of security, health and responsibility, and guaranteeing the teaching in a no face-to-face stage or partially face-to-face. These already scheduled measures guarantee, in the moment that was prescriptive, the development of the teaching of a more agile and effective way when being known in advance (or with a wide *antelación) by the students and the *profesorado through the tool normalised and institutionalised of the educational guides.

The subject of Art and *Contemporaneidad is a fundamentally theoretical matter and only a third of the time assigned develops in the field of the seminar, by what, under the consideration of the University of Vigo, the educational teaching will be able to develop in virtual classroom. The faculty of *BBAA approved in Board of Faculty the face-to-face teaching, as long as they guarantee the protocols given by the service of prevention of labour risks (*SPRL), the constant renewal of the air in the classroom and the social distance demanded by the Ministry of Health. In the case that they give worrisome circumstances and put in risk the health of the university community of the centre, the teaching of the subject will follow developing of virtual form by means of the tools that provides the University of Vigo.

The subject organises by means of seminars and theoretical classes, in such a way that the works that requested answered to the specific aims of the matter. The already made works are essays of theoretical character and/or experimental, and were delivered, in his moment, through the platform of the University of Vigo.

The subject, when being a field of the knowledge that is slope of the last tendencies in contemporary art, proposes to the students that investigate to artists, institutions and collections by means of the preparation of memories and theoretical works. They keep the already proposed works from the start of the academic course.

The subject of Art and *Contemporaneidad will have an examination written face-to-face for the day 30 May of the 2022. In front of the impossibility to be able to make said proof, and after consulting to the whole of the *profesorado of the matter, has opted for substituting said examination by a work/theoretical examination in virtual classroom.
