Type CB Code Basic Competences
  CB1 That students have demonstrated knowledge and understanding in a field of study that part of the basis of general secondary education, and is typically at a level which, although it is supported by advanced textbooks, includes some aspects that will knowledge of the forefront of their field of study.
  CB2 That students can apply their knowledge to their work or vocation in a professional manner and have competences typically demonstrated through devising and sustaining arguments and solving problems within their field of study.
  CB3 That students have the ability to gather and interpret relevant data (usually within their field of study) to inform judgments that include reflection on relevant social, scientific or ethical.
  CB4 That students can communicate information, ideas, problems and solutions to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  CB5 That students have developed those learning skills needed to undertake further studies with a high degree of autonomy.
Type CG Code General Competences
  CG1 CG4 Ability to solve problems with initiative and to visualize, communicate and transmit knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of biomedical engineering.
  CG2 CG1 Ability to design, develop, implement, manage and improve products and processes in the different areas of the biomedical engineering, by means of appropriate analytical, computational or experimental techniques.

  CE1 CE1 Ability to solve mathematical problems that may arise in engineering. Ability to apply knowledge about: linear algebra, geometry, differential geometry, differential and integral calculus, differential equations and partial differential equations, numerical methods, numerical algorithms, statistics and optimization.
  CE2 CE2 Understanding and mastering the basics of the general laws of mechanics, thermodynamics, waves and electromagnetic fields, as well as their application for solving engineering problems.
  CE3 CE3 Basic knowledge on the use and programming of computers, operating systems, databases and software applications in engineering.
  CE4 CE4 Ability to understand and apply the basic knowledge of general chemistry, organic chemistry and inorganic chemistry, and their applications in engineering.
