Other comments on the Evaluation

The Master's Thesis will be assessed by a committee consisting of three members of staff participating in the Degree who are specialists in the area of the research project. The following aspects of the research project, among others, will be considered for assessment: 

- Quality of the contents of the project

- Adequacy of the methodology used

- Form and style

- Oral presentation

The Master's Thesis must satisfy the following requirements:

- It must be written in English.

- It must have a length between 10.000 and 14.000 words (40-60 pages approximately, double-spaced). The number of words includes title page, abstract (if any), table of contents, contents proper, acknowledgements, reference list and appendices.

- Size of letter: Arial or Times Roman 12.

Students not passing the assessment of the Master's Thesis in the first edition of records (actas) in June will have to submit an improved version of the same Master's Thesis in the second edition of records in July, following the suggestions of improvement made by the members of the committee.

Note: Any instance of partial or total plagiarism will derive in failing the Master's Thesis. Claiming ignorance of plagiarism will not exempt the student from
liability.
