Other comments on the Evaluation

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

All students are reminded of the prohibition of using mobile devices or laptops during exercises, practices, and tests, in compliance with Article 13.2.d) of the University Student Statute, related to the duties of university students, which establishes the duty to "Refrain from using or cooperating in fraudulent procedures in evaluation tests, in work carried out, or in official university documents."

EVALUATION SYSTEM

The subject is divided into two parts: Theory (20%) and Practice (80%).

The practical part is further divided into 4 blocks: legal sources (15%), document editing (15%), data analysis (15%), and tools for collaborative work (35%).

The final grade will be obtained by applying the following formula for the calculation of the weighted average:

Theory grade x 20% + legal sources grade x 15% + document editing grade x 15% + data analysis grade x 15% + collaborative tools grade x 35%.

In order to apply this formula, it is necessary to obtain a minimum grade of 4 in each of the blocks into which the subject is divided. To pass the subject, the student must obtain a final grade of 5 or higher.

If the final grade is 5 or higher, but any of the parts is failed, the final grade will be 4.9.

CHOICE OF EVALUATION SYSTEM

Students can choose the evaluation system they want to be applied to the subject. To do so, they must opt, within the first 45 days of the semester, between continuous assessment (tests and activities developed throughout the semester) or a single Final Exam (100% of the final grade).

To this end, a contract will be enabled that must be signed by every student who wishes to follow a continuous evaluation method. The signing of this evaluation contract is mandatory for all students. If any student does not sign this contract, it is understood that they opt for a single final exam and waive continuous assessment.

The final exam will be held on the official date, and only those students who opted for the single evaluation system will attend.

EXTRAORDINARY OPPORTUNITY (JULY)

In the extraordinary opportunity (July), a final test will be held that will encompass everything that has been covered throughout the semester. For this final test, students who opted for continuous assessment will only attend the blocks they have failed.

FINAL YEAR CALL

In the final year call, a final test will be held that will encompass everything that has been covered throughout the semester.

EVALUATION DATES
