Students are strongly advised to study consistently from the beginning of the course till the end of the first period of the academic course.
Students will need to study the subject through manuals and the valid Penal Code.

Students can work through the practice work using the following book: LUZÓN PEÑA, Diego-Manuel (dir.), Derecho Penal en casos, Parte General, Valencia, Tirant lo Blanch, 2018.
Students will need to complete their work by studying jurisprudence, therefore they will need to be familiar with using juridical Databases (electronic). |
