The course aims to provide an overview of the strategic direction of the company and the strategic alignment of ICT. Following the planning process, ICT governance and related standards will be discussed: ISO 38.500 and COBIT 5. In order to evaluate the performance of governance and management, balanced scorecards and ICT performance indicators will be explained. As an indispensable part of an organisation's performance, and at the base of the organisational structure, human resource management will be discussed.
