| General description |
This subject aims.
-Give a contact with the main theories or practices of the study of leadership in the academic literature of management.
-Facilitate the understanding of the elements or fundamental factors for the analysis of public leadership.
-Propose a reflection on the problems and difficulties to determine the impact of leadership in the public sphere and the assessment of its success. |
