This subject, inserted into the training program of the University online Master of Public Management and Institutional Leadership at the University of Vigo aims.
-To know the main theories or approaches to the study of leadership in academic literature executive management.
-To facilitate understanding of the elements or key factors in the analysis of public leadership.
Proposing a reflection on the problems and difficulties to realize the impact of leadership in the public domain and assessing their success.
Similarly, throughout the course it is intended to embrace the concept, development principles and main skills related to management teams. To do this, the plot of the second part of the course starts from the interpretation of the concept of team, knowledge of its characteristics and evolution and culminates in the provision of basic to ensure operation and improve the performance of technical members.
