The first day will explain to the student the way to fill, insisting in the importance of his personal assessment on the fulfillment of aims, relation with the professional team, relation with the patient and family and in which it will reflect his experiences and global assessment. |

of the daily activities that the/the student realises or observes daily, as well as the
