Methodologies

	Description
Lecturing	The teacher structures and/or explains the objectives and contents of each topic and responds to the questions raised by the students. At the end of each topic, students will have the presentations discussed in the classroom, demonstration videos, links to free access texts and self-assessment questionnaires on Moovi. During the semester the teacher will evaluate the students through four tests of a maximum of 25 minutes each, with objective and/or development questions.
Laboratory practical	The teacher explains the fundamentals and protocols of practices, supervises their execution and resolves the students' doubts. These will have the protocols and foundations of each practice in Moovi. The teacher will evaluate the students through a test of objective questions, exercises and development at the end of the practices.
Seminars	In one of the seminars, students, organized in groups, will complete a task on the computer that they must submit at the end of the seminar for evaluation. In the second seminar, students will learn microbial growth kinetics exercises and deliver exercises at the end of the session.
