1.- Language teaching in the current educational model, both at national and regional level. Overview of language teaching in Spain and Galicia from the perspective of compulsory, post-compulsory and special education.
2.- The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Objectives, methods and priorities of European language policy. Analysis and discussion of the fundamental documents on foreign language teaching in the European context.
3.- Reference levels of language learning and competence development. Description and analysis of the specific, transversal and supplementary competences to be developed at the different levels of learning.
4.- The teaching-learning and certification of foreign languages by international institutions. Relevant information on international institutions dedicated to the teaching and certification of foreign languages, members of ALTE, CERCLES, EALTA, among others.
5.- Curriculum design. The curriculum (and its elements) of foreign languages in Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Official Language Schools. The school language projects
