Attendance is compulsory. Academic misconduct (including cheating, plagiarism, self-plagiarism, collusion or fabrication of results) will not be tolerated and will be penalised with a zero mark or with fail for the entire course, depending on the task involved.
The teacher may administer an alternative assessment test in addition to those outlined in this guide if she suspects that any activity/exercise/paper/exam (oral or written) has been done wholly or partially using Artificial Intelligence tools without declaring it. In this regard, given the impossibility of proving the use of AI, mere suspicion by the teacher will be sufficient condition for the test in question to be invalidated and replaced by the alternative test, which will be conducted on a date and time set by the teacher
Students are expected to complete all assignments and readings suggested by the lecturer(s), and to come to the sessions prepared to discuss them. Students must visit the e-learning platform for the course regularly. Students are expected to check their university email on a regular basis: announcements and last-minute changes will be notified via email. |
