General description
Know the theoretical and practical foundations of marketing and marketing strategies applicable to the public and non-profit sector, as well as marketing and marketing-mix management instruments.
Know marketing management techniques: market segmentation, positioning, market research, etc., and relationship marketing techniques aimed at clients and users of public services.
English Friendly subject: International students may request from the teachers: a) resources and bibliographic references in English, b) tutoring sessions in English, c) exams and assessments in English.
