The students will be in conditions of:
- Identify the rights and guarantees of the taxpayers.
- #Analyze, synthesize and relate the bases of the procedures tributaries.
- Recognize tributes' application procedures and the infractions and sanctions tributaries.
- Recognize the mechanisms of juridical defence of the taxable subjects.
- Identify the central taxes of the local, regional and national tributary system and the essential elements of such taxes.
- Apply the rules of quantification and determination of the debt tributary concerning the central taxes of the tributary system.
- Integrate the Right national tributary with the international Right and the Right of the European Union.
- Identify and solve real problems, or fictitious, arguing *xurídicamente.
- Elaborate reports *jurídicos envelope question tributaries.
- Use specialized databases in the fiscal subject and other digital tools, obtaining helpful information stop the people specialists of the financial field and tributary. |
