The aim of this subject is to provide the student with methods to solve engineering problems graphically. After taking it the student will:
• Know how to, and posess criteria for the selection and application of standard parts.
• Know about CAD technologies used in geometrical modelling and producing engineering drawings using them.
• Be able of performing analysis of the operation of mechanisms from the specifications in the engineering drawings.
• Know how to apply Geometry in solving problems involving mechanisms, constructions and industrial facilities and installations.
• Possess skills to create and manage graphical information associated to mechanical engineering problems.
