General description
The first part of the subject focuses on the structural study and the structure/properties relationship of inorganic solids.
In the second part of the subject, the most relevant aspects of the Chemistry of Transition Metals and their derivatives, such as coordination compounds, are addressed.
Experiments on the synthesis and characterization of coordination compounds and inorganic solids will be carried out in the laboratory.
