  A1 Students will have shown they have sufficient knowledge and understanding of an area of study, starting after completion of general secondary education, and normally reaching a level of proficiency that, being mostly based on advanced textbooks, will also include familiarity with some cutting-edge developments within the relevant field of study.
  A2 Students will be able to apply their knowledge and skills in their professional practice or vocation and they will show they have the required expertise through the construction and discussion of arguments and the resolution of problems within the relevant area of study.
  A3 Students will be able to gather and interpret relevant data (normally within their field of study) that will allow them to have a reflection-based considered opinion on important issues of social, scientific and ethical nature.
  A4 Students will be able to present information, ideas, problems and solutions both to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  A5 Students will acquire the learning skills that are required to pursue further studies with a high degree of independence.
Choose B Code Knowledge
  B1 CG1. To acquire knowledge of management, instrumental techniques and the most advanced, innovative elements in the study of commercial activity with the purpose of using them in commerce.
  B2 CG2. To apply the knowledge acquired in professional practice in the future, developing the conceptual and operative abilities of future business managers in the context of a dynamic global economy undergoing a continuous process of change and innovation.
  B3 CG3. To compile, process and interpret social, economic and legal data that will allow one to give an informed opinion on relevant issues in the commercial field.
  B4 CG4. To be able to communicate effectively, clearly, concisely and accurately both within the organization and with external agents in national and international contexts.
  B5 CG5. To acquire skills for leadership, independent learning, teamwork, motivation and flexibility, as well as for responsible and ethical behavior in order to deal appropriately with all the agents working in the organization and in the professional sphere.

  C1 CE1. To be familiar with the fundamental concepts and the development of the economy and business activity from a triple perspective: economic development, structural change and internationalization.
  C2 CE2. To know the theories that analyze the intervention of the state in the economy and its instruments, along with the concept of strategy, its typology and object. To be able to trace links between the object and conditions of economic advancement programs and the strategy and activities of the organization, as well as being able to implement them to support the corporate strategy.
  C3 CE3. To know and be able to interpret the social dimension of economic activity, the dynamics of social relations and the different cultural environments that shape commerce, consumer society and lifestyles.
  C4 CE4. To know the aims, functions and instrumental techniques of organizations’ different subsystems, as well as the relationships existing between them from the perspective of a systems approach.
  C5 CE5. To understand the goals, extent and value of the function of commercial supply and distribution, its relationships with the rest of the areas and its role as intermediary in commercial activity, with the aim of designing strategies for the supply and commercialization of goods and services.
  C6 CE6. To be able to find, select and analyze information, documentation and other instruments of economic, juridical and social character concerning domestic and international commerce, with the aim of guiding the design and implementation of the strategy and the operative management of commerce.
  C7 CE7. To be familiar with the interrelation between strategic marketing and strategic management from the perspective of a market-oriented perspective, as well as the relationships between organizations and their milieus with the aim of designing, with the help of marketing concepts and tools, goals and strategies that will be deployed in a comprehensive marketing plan.
  C8 CE8. To understand the psycho-sociological processes through which people learn, make decisions, communicate, manage their needs and relations, negotiate, buy, etc. with the aim of acquiring useful skills in the personal and professional areas.
  C9 CE9. To know the most important institutions of trading company Law, acquiring the ability to understand and report about the main business legal issues.
  C10 CE10. To acquire the required knowledge to handle and analyze financial information concerning combinations of businesses.
  C11 CE11. To understand the concept of quality, its implications in the implementation of tasks and functions and its influence in commercial reputation, as well as being able to assess and set up management systems and quality standards.
  C12 CE12. To understand the legal framework of labor relations and social security, acquiring the ability to inform and manage issues pertaining to employment, employment contracts and health risks associated with certain tasks, acquiring abilities and skills to prepare pay slips, national insurance contributions and settlements.
  C13 CE13. To know the tax regulations, in particular, those pertaining to transactions, with the aim of acquiring the ability to fill in the relevant tax return forms, as well as the legal framework of taxation liability and the procedures of tax enforcement, in particular, liquidation, collection and inspection.
  C14 CE14. To understand and be able to analyze the socioeconomic role of entrepreneurs and professional managers, and to be able to draw up a business plan.
  C15 CE15. To know and apply the quantitative methods of operations research for decision making in the area of commerce, as well as the design and analysis of surveys through probabilistic sampling for carrying out market research.
  C16 CE16. To be familiar with the juridical treatment of commercial contracts, learning to interpret them and to know the basic principles of their writing and enforcement through different types of compliance and payment, particularly through trade bills, and acquiring skills for their extension and understanding of the consequences of their use.
  C17 CE17. To be able to identify and work with collective subjects in the area of labor relations, as well as with their basic institutions: freedom of association, collective bargaining and right to strike.
  C18 CE18. To know and be able to use the chosen foreign language (English, French or German) orally and in writing, with the aim of using it for professional purposes, particularly for commercial activities.
  C19 CE19. To be able to identify relevant information, in particular costs and income, with the aim of supporting the decision-making process, stocktaking assessments, planning, control and continuous improvement.
  C20 CE20. To be able to design and organize an accounting system, as well as the norms of recognition and assessment with the aim of obtaining useful information for internal and external users.
  C21 CE21. To identify and solve model problems applied to economic situations through application of appropriate mathematical techniques, as well as to interpret the solutions provided by the model.
  C22 CE22. To be able to identify, assess and minimize the risks attached to economic activities, in particular those linked to transactions.
  C23 CE23. To be familiar with and be able to use available information resources for internationalization, draw up plans of internationalization and carry out the usual operations and formalities of external trade: transportation, customs and health safety procedures, payment methods, etc.
  C24 CE24. To use the computer tools and the statistics, accounting, financial and marketing concepts and techniques for the production and interpretation of reports and for comprehensive planning and management: functions of the supply chain and delivery to the customer, commercial risk management, financial and accounting management, among others, through use of tools like web technologies, database management, electronic transmission of data, electronic commerce, CRM and integrated systems.
  C25 CE25. To be able to choose and apply techniques of social research for the study of society with the aim of guiding the commercial strategies of organizations, as well as being able to assess commercial policies.
  C26 CE26. To be able to use the personal skills, attitudes and knowledge acquired in the academic context through simulation of real situations of professional practice and through contact with the business world by means of the experience acquired with internships.
