Security in a data processing centre involves the implementation of a variety of physical and logical measures to protect the infrastructure and the data stored in the DPC, with the aim of guaranteeing the availability, confidentiality and integrity of the information and systems critical to an organisation. This course will introduce the different architectures of data centres as well as the auxiliary physical facilities that are necessary for their operation.
