Students must choose, on a mandatory basis, in the first two weeks of the semester, between two options: a continuous evaluation system (cf. description in "evaluation") or a single evaluation system.

It is advisable to choose the first, continuous evaluation, since it involves teaching a foreign language and it is necessary to attend classes regularly. Anyone who does not have the possibility of attending classes and subject activities with the necessary frequency must notify the teacher. Failure to complete the tests or partial exercises, provided for by the continuous evaluation system, means failure with a grade of 0 (zero) points.

First edition:

The date of the last continuous assessment exam will coincide with the date of the "single assessment" exam indicated in the official FFT calendar. The date of the oral exam will be agreed with the teacher throughout the exam period. The oral test must be recorded in audio form, with the proper authorization of the students. To pass the subject, it is necessary to pass both tests (written and oral). When failing one of them, it is necessary to recover both tests in the July call.

The single evaluation consists of a written exam, carried out on the date indicated in the official FFT calendar, followed by another oral exam that will be carried out on the same day in an adjacent classroom. The single evaluation will be valued as follows:

1. Written theoretical-practical exam: 75% of the final grade.

2. Oral exam: 25% of the final grade. The oral test must be recorded in audio form with the proper authorization of the students.

Missing one of these exams without justification means failure with a grade of 0 (zero) points in it.

It is necessary to pass both exams (written and oral) to pass the subject. In the event that one of the exams is suspended, the student must repeat both parts (written and oral) in the July session.

Second edition:

The same criteria described for the single evaluation system will be applied in the second edition of the minutes (July). The exam date will coincide with the date highlighted in the official FFT calendar.

General considerations:

Copying or plagiarism in the respective continuous or single evaluation exams will be penalized with a failure (0 points) in them.

In this sense, given the impossibility of proving the use of AI, mere suspicion on the part of the teaching staff will be a sufficient condition for the subsequent trial to be annulled and replaced by the alternative trial, which will be carried out at the date and time established by the teaching person.

Regular attendance at classes and tutorials is recommended, as well as regular consultation of materials and specific information on the Moovi platform.
