Other comments on the Evaluation

The evaluation is preferably continuous. The student, in the first two weeks of the course must  give to the teachers a signed form to enrol in this type of evaluation. Once expressed their desire to participate is impossible to unsubscribe from continuous assessment.

The exams of continuous evaluation are not recoverable, ie, if a student can not assist to the test  in the time stipulated by the teacher, it is impossible to require the repetition. Before performing each test,  the date and procedure for review will be public within a reasonable period of time (usually a week). The evaluation obtained at the evaluable tasks will be valid only for the academic year in which you make.

In tests of continuous assessment the student will solve problems and exercises of the topics of matter.

1. Continuous assessment.

The final scoring for a student to make continuous assessment is given by the formula

N = C + E

C: Note obtained by adding the scores of the six sessions of the items 1,2,3 4, 5, and 6.
E: Note the final examination of the items 4,5,6 and 7.

In this mode a student will be approved when N is greater than or equal to 5.

2. Final evaluation of the semester.

Those students who fail to continuous assessment may be submitted to a final exam of all topics in the matter on the same date that the final exam of continuous assessment. In this other method will be evaluated from 0 to 10 points and a student will be considered pass when the note consideration is greater than or equal to 5.

3. Recovery of July.

In the recovery  day, students who chose continuous assessment may choose, if they wish, for an exam of the items 4,5,6 and 7 and the final grade is obtained as

NR = C + E

C: Note obtained by summing the scores of the six sessions of the items 1,2,3 4, 5, and 6.
E: Note the final examination of the items 4,5,6 and 7.

In this mode a student will be approved when NR is greater than or equal to 5.

If not choose this option, the  student will be examining all the issues on the matter. In this other method will be evaluated from 0 to 10 points. A student will be considered pass when the note of the consideration is greater than or equal to 5.

4. Note not presented.

Finally, a student is  considered not presented if it is not enrolled  in the continuous assessment and do not attend any of the tests and examinations of the matter. Otherwise it is considered presented.
