In order to follow the system of continuous assessment the student will have to assist at least to 80% of the face to face hours and present all the subject works to assessment in the terms and conditions established. The student that follows the continuous assessment and obtains a fail will have to present to the extraordinary sitting of July or successive. The examination will consist of: - A translation part with a limited time frame (2 hours): 60% of the grade *Documentation in paper, like manual and dictionaries is allowed, but not computers. - A translation that the student will receive the official day of the examination and that will have to deliver under the term and the conditions specified: 40% of the grade The student will have to pass each one of the parts to get the average grade. OFFICIAL ORDINARY SITTING OF JUNE AND OFFICIAL EXTRAORDINARY SITTING OF JULY The student that do not follow the continuous assessment will have to sit the exam on the penultimate face to face session; this exam will consist of: - A translation part with a limited time frame (2 hours): 50% of the grade *Documentation in paper, like manual and dictionaries is allowed, but not computers. - A translation that the student will receive the official day of the
examination and that will have to deliver under the term and the
conditions specified: 40% of the grade - A theoretical part: 10% of the grade The student will have to pass each one of the parts to get the average grade. The date and the conditions of the exam will also be communicated to the students via Faitic. In the extraordinary sitting of July the assessment will have the same structure as in the official ordinary sitting of June. The plagiarism of any exercise will be penalized with a fail grade in the subject. |
