Portuguese II involves acquiring intermediate knowledge of the Portuguese language, reaching level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, together with knowledge about the cultures of Portuguese expression in the world.
Important notice for Erasmus students: Portuguese language teaching at UVigo is aimed at people who have Galician and/or Spanish as their mother tongues, so progression is usually rapid. Therefore, enrollment is not recommended for Erasmus students who do not already have a B1 level in these languages and, at least, a high A2 in Portuguese language.
