Type CB Code Basic Competences
  CB1 Students will have shown they have sufficient knowledge and understanding of an area of study, starting after completion of general secondary education, and normally reaching a level of proficiency that, being mostly based on advanced textbooks, will also include familiarity with some cutting-edge developments within the relevant field of study.
  CB2 Students will be able to apply their knowledge and skills in their professional practice or vocation and they will show they have the required expertise through the construction and discussion of arguments and the resolution of problems within the relevant area of study.
  CB3 Students will be able to gather and interpret relevant data (normally within their field of study) that will allow them to have a reflection-based considered opinion on important issues of social, scientific and ethical nature.
  CB4 Students will be able to present information, ideas, problems and solutions both to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  CB5 Students will acquire the learning skills that are required to pursue further studies with a high degree of independence.
Type CG Code General Competences
  CG1 To know the function of the Law as a regulating system of social relations.
  CG2 To know the different manifestations of the Law in their historical development and in their present-day incarnations.
  CG3 To be able to use the constitutional principles and values as tools for the interpretation of the law and to acquire the skills to argue in juridical terms.
  CG4 To be able to identify juridical problems and to suggest solutions from an interdisciplinary perspective.
Type CE Code Specific Competences
  CE1 To know the legal framework of private international Law, at national, community and conventional levels, as well as the problems posed by the application of these norms given the unitary character of the legal system.
  CE2 CE2 – To be able to identify juridical problems of private international Law and approach their solution in an interdisciplinary manner.
  CE3 CE3 – To know the concept and sources of Commercial Law, as well as the legal status of individual entrepreneurs and commercial societies.
  CE4 CE4 – To be able to interpret the commercial laws pertaining to individual and social entrepreneurs.
  CE5 CE5 – To know the regulation of securities and commercial contracts.
  CE6 CE6 – To be able to interpret and apply the rules about securities and commercial contracts.

  CE9 CE9 – To know the regulatory framework governing individual and collective labor relations and Social Security.
  CE10 CE10 – To be able to identify juridical problems of Labor and Social Security Law and approach their solution through the use and interpretation of juridical sources and doctrine.
  CE11 CE13 – To know the principles of functioning governing a market economy, to understand the behavior of different economic agents and to be familiar with the main economic problems.
  CE12 CE14 – To be able to use economic principles and concepts as tools to argue in economic terms, identify economic problems and approach their solution through policies that are appropriate for each situation.
  CE13 CE17 – To know the Roman legal system, which is the basis of all modern European legal systems.
