In this matter pretends that the students purchase competitions in knowing manage, *innovar and undertake of form *autónomoa, with guarantees of quality, ethical and of full legality in a laboratory *biotecnológico.
This involves: capacity of organisation and planning of the *RRHH; capacity of oral communication and written; capacity to work in some respectful surroundings with the environment; capacity of leadership and coordination.
They participate in the own professional teaching with accredited experience in business management, *emprendimiento (creation of *Spin-*off and *EBTs) and *autoempleo like the Dr. Mercedes *Teijeiro and of experts in Investigation (generation of knowledge), Development (transfer of the knowledge) and innovation (*emprendimiento) in biotechnology like the *Prof. Dr. Pedro Pablo Galician (*UVIGO) and with external professionals like the Director of the Office of Transfer of Results of Investigation (*OTRI-*UVIGO), Mrs. Angels López Lozano (dirotri@uvigo.es).
All this accredits them like experts in management, innovation and *emprendimiento.
