Continuous social changes in our society are reflected in citizens' behavior and dynamics of schools and educational institutions, which absorbs meso and micro diversity and complexity of * social macrosystem. The teachers, schools and educational institutions face in today the challenge of providing comprehensive educational response to the demands of contemporary society time. Faced with these challenges, teachers need and demand resources, training and strategies to find useful, realistic and effective to adjust and adapt education to new social needs answers.
