CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT:

The evaluation will be carried out in two sections: evaluation
of theoretical contents and evaluation of laboratory practices.

The evaluation of theoretical contents: it will be the
sum of the mark of the final exam of the theoretical contents (which will
have a weight of 35% in the overall evaluation), tests of objective
questions, proposed works of resolution of exercises and projects (which
will have a weight of 5% each of them in the overall evaluation).

The evaluation of the laboratory practices: it will
be the sum of the mark of the final exam of laboratory practices (which
will have a weight of 35% in the overall evaluation), attendance and
performance during the practical sessions carried out, the practices delivered
and the complementary work (which will have a weight of 5% each one of
them in the overall of the evaluation). Attendance at laboratoty practices is mandatory.

The final grade will be the sum of the assessment of the theoretical
contents and the assessment of laboratory practices. The sum of both notes
will only be made if at least a 2.0 is obtained in each of them. The
subject will be considered approved if the final grade is at least 5.0.

For the July evaluation, the student will only be required to
repeat the procedures not finished during the evaluation of the first call, while
maintaining the assessment of the procedures already passed.

GLOBAL ASSESSMENT:

It will consist of a final theory exam (which will have a
weight of 40% in the overall evaluation), final exam of laboratory
practices (which will have a weight of 40% in the overall evaluation)
and a practical work on databases that must be deliver through the MOOVI
platform before the official date of the exam of the corresponding call (it
will have a weight of 20% in the overall evaluation).

It is mandatory to have at least a 4.0 in both the theory
and practical exams, in order to apply the established weightings. The subject
will be considered approved if the final grade is at least 5.0.

For the July evaluation, the student will only be required to
repeat the procedures not finished during the evaluation of the first call, while
maintaining the assessment of the procedures already passed.
