The main objective of this subject is to go in depth in the knowledge of the properties and reactivity of the functional groups. After a detailed study of the reactions of nucleophile substitution and elimination, the reactions of addition to carbonyl group, the carboxylic acid derivatives and the reactivity in alpha to carbonyl group will be tackled.
